Terms & Conditions

1. GST Inclusive
All room rates mentioned are inclusive of GST. No additional tax will be charged beyond the listed tariff.

2. Booking & Advance Payment
A confirmed reservation requires an advance payment. Bookings will be held only after the advance amount has been received. The remaining balance must be settled before check-in.

3. Child Policy

• Children 5 years and below stay free when sharing existing bedding.

• Children above 5 years will be charged as per the applicable child rate.

4. Extra Bed & Child Without Bed

• Extra Bed: Additional charges of 40% apply for an extra bed per night.

• Child Without Bed: A lower rate of 30% is applicable for children above 5 years who do not require an extra bed.

5. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of the advance (after deducting bank/transaction charges).

• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

• Less than 7 days before arrival / No-show / Early departure: No refund will be provided.
